PREFABRICATED CONCRETE SYSTEM
It is a structural system in which structural elements such as columns, beams, panels, and concrete enclosure walls are prefabricated on or near the construction site, during the stages of land preparation and foundations adaptable to the system, and then transported and lifted to their final location by cranes, reducing construction times and uncertainty due to imported materials that do not arrive on time to the project.
The primary purpose of the present invention is to provide a fast constructive process in its development, having the advantage of modulating the sizes of the panels and the columns without the need of standardizing the elements and without losing the quality of the same.
The objective is to guarantee the reduction of the execution time to half compared to the traditional form of construction of concrete structures and especially to that corresponding to the panels, decreasing the time in masonry.
